1 large can pineapple, crushed
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 10-oz pkg marshmallows
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
Drain pineapple juice off into pan, add egg, sugar, and flour. Cook until thick. Add cream cheese and beat. Pour over pineapple and marshmallows. Let set 60 minutes and serve.
